Payment Policies
Payment in full is due upon booking. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of د.إ1,500.00. The damage deposit is payable upon booking.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Guests are responsible for ensuring everyone in their booking and their visitors follows these rules.
Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am.
Early arrival or late departure requires prior written approval and is subject to availability. Unauthorised late check-out incurs an additional night’s charge.
Quiet Hours: Keep noise low between 10pm and 8am and respect neighbours at all times.
Visitors & Occupancy: Visitors require prior approval and must follow community security procedures. Visitors cannot remain between midnight and 8am. Do not exceed the property’s stated occupancy limit.
Community Rules: Guests and visitors must follow the community and building rules applicable to their booked property, including requirements for security, visitor access, parking, shared facilities, waste disposal and recycling.
Parking & Waste: Use only allocated parking spaces and designated bins. Do not park on pavements or landscaped areas, or leave rubbish in shared spaces.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside all units and permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Pets & Activities: No pets, parties, events, illegal activities or commercial use.
Property Care: Report existing damage within 24 hours of arrival. Notify our team promptly of maintenance issues, incidents or complaints. Guests are responsible for avoidable damage and lost property items.
Identification: Passport copies must be sent electronically before arrival.
Cleaning: The cleaning fee covers preparation before arrival. Cleaning during your stay is not included but can be arranged at an additional cost.
Before Departure: Return keys and access cards as instructed and collect all personal belongings and valuables.
Help & Emergencies: Follow the contact details and emergency instructions provided for your home.
Breaches: Serious or repeated breaches may result in the stay ending early, additional charges or deductions in accordance with the booking terms.
